The annual kick-off of KPN's Sales Business Market is the start of a new year for all sales employees. With the goals inspiring, informing, learning from each other and celebrating successes, KPN asked us for advice and the creation of this annual event. Part of the question is the theme that would be central throughout the year. For the future, KPN has drawn up a promise called; "Together we can beat any challenge". This requires a number of ingredients. Think of collaboration, continuity, safety and the right energy to grow. This results in a common ingredient. A quality that is necessary to connect the Netherlands together with a sustainable future. The quality LEf.


This edition of the kick-off of the Sales Business Market had the theme LEF. A twofold theme that, on the one hand, stands for showing LEF to dare to change. On the other hand, the theme stands for Let's Experience the Future, which characterizes the organizational change and KPN's new strategy. Just like the previous edition, our physical concept was put on hold, and we quickly transformed the concept into a dynamic online program. The one and a half hour long line-up was kicked off by a group of free runners who immediately set the tone with their act of LEF. The KPN staff were then taken on board in a plenary program that gave space to speakers who have shown courage in many ways, Marieke Snoep as Chief Business Market addressed her troops, and the KPN MASTERS were honored at home in a fun way. After the plenary opening, KPN employees were referred to their own segment session in one of the six greenhouses around the prominent LEF letters, where they were welcomed by the vice president of their own segment. After the segment sessions, the kick-off ended with a closing act that presented the date for the next KPN event in which the theme LEF will be festively continued.
