A Project Manager with Experience

We are looking to expand our event team with a project manager who can independently and collaboratively manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to being a team player, you should enjoy taking charge and leading projects. You will coordinate suppliers ranging from catering and décor to speakers, entertainment, technology, and venues. You play a pivotal role during the project. It is the project manager's job to keep the creative and strategic proposal and its objectives in focus throughout the production process. Furthermore, your experience also lends itself to an advisory role, both to our clients and internally. You enjoy sharing your expertise with less experienced colleagues.

Job Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in organising corporate events.
• Experience at an events and/or communications agency is a strong plus.
• This is a permanent position – we are not looking for freelancers or self-employed contractors.
• A solid understanding of basic marketing and communications principles.
• Higher professional education (HBO) level.
• Strong writing and language skills in both Dutch and English.
• A valid driving licence (category B).
• Full-time availability preferred; a four-day workweek is negotiable.
• We love to share knowledge, energy and creativity at the office, and we take a critical look at commuting distances from a sustainability perspective. For this reason, we prefer candidates who live within reasonable travel distance of our office.
