Goudwisselkantoor is growing. Fast. With branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, connection has become more important than ever. How do you ensure that people in three different countries feel connected not only to their own team, but to the entire Goudwisselkantoor organisation? The challenge is to create a high-impact internal event that goes beyond simply inspiring. An experience that strengthens connection and contributes to internal branding. Three countries, three cultures, one organisation. How do you make employees feel that together they form the success of Goudwisselkantoor, now and in the future?

Result

“Successful Together” – that was not only the theme of this special series of events for all 500 employees of Goudwisselkantoor. It also reflected the way we once again had the pleasure of working together with Goudwisselkantoor. This time on a refreshed edition of their annual staff event. We went across borders and, over the course of three sunny Mondays, brought the Goudwisselkantoor colleagues together. For the first time, three separate events were organised for colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. A great opportunity to tailor the experience even more to the different target groups and to the growth Goudwisselkantoor is experiencing in these countries.
