And more importantly, how do you make every individual feel seen in a company where collaboration happens largely online? Nebius asked us to create an end-of-year celebration that didn’t just highlight achievements, but made their culture, talent and global identity tangible. Live.

Result

The answer was World. Wide. We. An evening that felt like a journey through the identity of Nebius. A concept that bridged global expansion with human energy. ‘World Wide’ stood for boundless technological growth; ‘We’ for the people driving it forward. With just six weeks from concept to delivery, SugarFactory was transformed into a layered event environment with four thematic zones. Employees arrived together by party buses. In The Welcome Area, the experience kicked off. The Mingle became the hub for informal connection featuring retro arcade games, curling lanes, ping-pong tables and global culinary bites. The Microverse offered a quieter, more intimate setting with a speakeasy vibe: acoustic performances, wine tastings and a poker workshop, hosted by Nebius employees. And in The Mainframe, the beating heart of the evening, everyone came together for a plenary moment hosted by Ivan Words. CEO Arkadi Volozh thanked the team, followed by a swing dance workshop led by colleagues, and a spectacular live show by the band SESSION. The true highlight of the evening was the musical jam session, where colleagues from across the globe took to the stage together. Cultures merged, creativity flourished, and the power of live interaction became undeniable.
