How we use business as a force for good.

The B Corp™ certification is the ultimate hallmark for businesses that genuinely make an impact in sustainability, transparency, and social responsibility. Becoming a B Corp is no easy feat. Companies must meet rigorous standards across five impact areas: governance, workplace, community, environment, and customers. Since July 2024, we have been proud to call ourselves an official B Corp. A milestone that not only fills us with pride but also drives us to keep pushing forward. March 2025 has been designated as #BCorpMonth by B Lab, a time to highlight this certification and showcase how we contribute across each impact area.

Governance - sustainable and transparent management

Ethical leadership and open communication are the foundation of our organisation. We actively involve our team in decision-making and ensure that our stakeholders are aligned with our ambitions. Sustainability is not just a trend but a core value embedded in our strategy. To meet B Corp requirements, we have formally incorporated our commitment to social goals into our statutes and reports. Transparency and accountability are at the heart of everything we do.

Workers – fair and safe working environment

Our strength lies in our team: loyal, energetic, and skilled professionals who passionately work on impactful events. Their well-being and development come first. We ensure fair wages and provide a safe working environment with the support of a confidential advisor. Health and growth are encouraged through facilities such as an in-house gym, healthy lunches, and various development training programmes. Our annual survey shows that our team rates us as an employer with a 9—something we are incredibly proud of.

Community – positive impact on society

As a B Corp, we contribute to social equality and economic opportunities. We do this not alone, but together with our partners and suppliers. We consciously collaborate with local and diverse suppliers, setting clear agreements on shared responsibility and measuring and reducing impact. Additionally, we go a step further with our Partners for Live Foundation—the first charity platform of its kind, dedicated to supporting social initiatives and organisations with knowledge, experience, and resources

Environment – sustainable business practices

Climate action and environmental protection are not options, but obligations. That’s why we continuously work on reducing our ecological footprint. In 2021, we developed our own sustainability checklist, which we use to assess and optimise events across seven sustainability themes. We calculate and offset the CO₂ emissions for each event and our internal operations. By making conscious choices, such as offering vegetarian catering, using electric mobility, and selecting energy-efficient venues, we reduce our impact. Any remaining emissions are offset through reforestation projects in collaboration with FORLIANCE.

Customers – meaningful relationships with customers

We are more than just an event agency; we are a strategic partner for meaningful, sustainable, and forward-thinking business events. Our long-term approach makes us valuable to our partners. By creating strategic plans with clear goals, concrete actions, and measurable reports, we ensure that events not only inspire but also make a lasting impact. Transparent communication and data privacy protection are essential in this process.

How do you become B Corp certified?

Thorough analysis and strategic directions

Our journey began with an in-depth analysis of our impact across five core areas: governance, employees, community, environment, and customers. We mapped out where we were already performing well and where improvements were possible. Transparency and measurability were central to this initial step. By setting a strategic course and embedding sustainable practices into all our processes, we laid a strong foundation for the certification.

Sustainable improvements and measurable impact

To truly meet the high B Corp standards, we implemented concrete measures. This involved making our events more sustainable, strengthening our involvement in social initiatives, and formalising our policies on ethical business practices. We worked closely with suppliers and partners to establish shared responsibility and measure impact, ensuring that our efforts are not only well-intentioned but also demonstrably effective.

Certification and continuous growth

In July 2024, our commitment was rewarded with the official B Corp certification, a milestone we are proud of. But this is just the beginning. Being a B Corp means a continued dedication to improvement. That’s why we keep measuring, evaluating, and enhancing our impact. We remain innovative and critically assess our role as an organisation, continually investing in initiatives that not only advance the events industry but also benefit society as a whole.
