From autumn 2025 onwards, Siemens will transition towards ONE Tech Company: moving from an organisation built around multiple silos to one fully integrated company. A transformation that will not only make Siemens more customer-focused, but also more agile in innovation and sustainability. The three core ambitions behind this movement together form Siemens’ point on the horizon, the North Star guiding everything they do. To activate this movement across the organisation and make it truly tangible for employees, a full-scale campaign was launched. Through initiatives such as Siemens Radio and a dedicated podcast series, the story was continuously shared and brought to life. As the highlight of this journey, The Big ONE was created: a connecting, celebratory and strategically driven event where everything came together.

Result

“Welcome to Planet ONE-DER-LAND.” A place where all the stars of Siemens came together. For one evening, an entirely new world was created,  an immersive experience in which employees were not just witnessing the transformation, but becoming part of it themselves. Lightyears ahead, yet perfectly on course. Guests were welcomed over a Siemens-blue carpet and ‘boarded’ by actors dressed in space suits. From there, they passed a glitter station before entering the Moonlight Café, the perfect landing spot for anyone wanting to slow down for a moment. An oasis on the ground floor featuring live jazz, an astrologer and a fortune teller, all inviting visitors to look to the stars together. Then came the countdown for departure: “3… 2… 1…” The CEO of Siemens Netherlands, Dirk de Bilde, appeared on stage through an illusion act, dressed in a full astronaut suit, to kick off the live show: THE BIG ONE. During an energetic 30-minute live show, four awards were presented and an important milestone was revealed. Afterwards, guests spread back out across the different zones: returning to the Moonlight Café for a cabaret performance, heading to the dance floor with the live cover band, joining the Silent Disco on the Galaxy Floor, or reliving nostalgia through classic arcade games. Planet ONE-DER-LAND was intentionally designed with different personalities and preferences in mind. Whether you love dancing, gaming, reflecting or simply catching up with colleagues, everyone could find their place on Planet ONE-DER-LAND.
