Safety. Security. Sustainability. Three powerful words that form the very core of ETC. As a world leader in enrichment technology, the organisation plays a key role in the global energy transition. From its sites in five countries, ETC is working towards a safe, reliable and sustainable energy supply. That is an enormous responsibility towards customers, society, and its own people. To keep these values alive, ETC organises the annual Triple S Day: a day dedicated to awareness, connection and pride. But how do you make sure this is more than just a tradition? How do you turn such a day into an experience that inspires, surprises and connects? A day that brings employees closer together while at the same time showing what these values; Safety, Security and Sustainability, truly mean in practice.

Result

Triple S Day was shaped through head, hands and heart. It began with a dynamic plenary opening, followed by conversations about the relevance of the 3S’s and personal stories that illustrated what Safety, Security and Sustainability mean in daily practice. Then it was time for action. On the tarmac of Twenthe Airport, teams worked together on a collective creation: 25 squares of 5 x 5 metres, each representing a piece of ETC’s story. Team captains provided structure, role division and focus on the drone’s perspective. Together with their teams, they translated the values into one impressive visual whole. The motto was clear: think big. The result was captured from the air and became the climax of the day: a film in which all contributions merged into one powerful story. The closing moment, with the Triple S Awards and the unveiling of the drone video, created pride, connection and a lasting symbol of what ETC can achieve together. A day that truly brought values to life.
